![]() Summertime- Time for Grilling and Relaxing! Hi- Another hot Arizona summer here, and we're having a great time doing what we love to do- splash in the pool and do some serious grilling! Here's a shot of a pork shoulder I cooked for 6 hours the other day. I've got a traditional wood smoker, but I made this on my gas grill, adding soaked pecan chips to give it great flavor and color.
To get this ready for the grill, all I did was rub it with Survival Spice™, our Scovie Award winning barbecue rub that's great on burgers, steaks, ribs, pork roasts, chicken, fish, veggies, and just about anything you can throw on the grill.
